to my dearest boyfriend:
dude! like finallyyy! ehehe. we have arrived to the time we've been anticipating for. and yet, we've been doing this without my parents knowing, still. power. you get on my nerves every now and then, but your persuasion to end the tiff is always too strong for me to ignore. i gave in and forgave, and you did the same as well.

we exchange stories of our dreams in the future all the time, in terms of the way we wanna lead our lives as individuals, and together as couples. we have yet to reach our dreams, in fact we aren't even sure we'll get it. but i know we're working hard for it. unfortunately, your dream equals to migrating over to Australia with your family. i understand that your biggest achievement is if you become a herpetologist (that's reptile expert fyi), or if you get to work with the animals at the Singapore Zoo. and the training to become what you want, is not easy to find here in your homeland; thus the decision to move over to "down under", especially that your parents have friends there.

i know it'll be some 4 years before you guys carry out the plan. then you might take another 3 years to complete your studies there and maybe a couple more to start saving up.. and all i could think about is, bila nak kahwin (let's pretend for a second me and him are destined so i won't sound like a drama-mama when i talk about marriage). but all you ever reply to that is, you won't ask for my hand in marriage until you're financially stable and whatnot.. even if by that time i've reached mid-30s. nice. -_-" that's very thoughtful though, and wise, i guess. hopefully by then i've started working and have savings of my own too.

i'll pray for a peace of heart, mind and soul for us to go through this obstacle-bound life until we get hold of our dreams and aspirations. 1i'll also pray harder for a forgiving heart, mind and soul for my parents when we spill the truth to them about us, so they won't get a shock later, haha. and of course, i'll pray for a neverending happiness for all of us.
