OMG OMG OMG I'M LIKE SOOOO STOKED RIGHT NOW!! :DDD

ok so the story is, i've been sending out my resumes for countless, countless times eversince i failed to get a spot in Poly. but those resumes turned out to be another failed attempt yet again when none of them responded. but today, today! i sent out like only 4 resumes, but 2 of them called back! eep i'm so psyched! but i ain't gonna hold my hopes that high yet, coz past experiences taught me not to do that coz another disappointment only lead to a bad fallback. so anyway a guy from Kelly Services (job agency) called to ask more about my familiarity and experiences in Adobe stuff coz i applied for Graphic Designer (actually all of my applications are of that position). when he asked about my skills in InDesign and Illustrator, i had to be honest and say a flat "not really". well i can't lie, can i. what if i get the job and they throw me Illustrator-based work to work on. so he finally understood that my strongest Adobe skill is Photoshop (although i told him i've experienced with Flash). which is kinda pathetic, coz Photoshop is quite simple once you get the hang of it. and selfishly, i thought he was actually gonna gimme the job, as a part-timer or whatever. but all he said was, "okay we'll get back to you later.. thank you." sigh.

and like ard 3.25pm, i sent another resume to CreativeBits. 10mins later, she called! haha i'm so happy i tell you. but i'm suprised for the response, coz their advertisement on JobStreet.com was posted on 16 April. ha. so she asked about my availability and whether or not i'll be continuing my studies in the future, bla bla bla. she sounded pleased to know that i'm actually so free until next year's Poly intake. which made me pleased-er. hahaha. ok so the position that i applied for here isn't really a part-time job kinda thing, it's an internship. i'm cool with that. it's the experience i want (and money). the woman on the line also mentioned that she'll pass my resume to the person who's in-charge of recruiting interns, and maybe the person-in-charge will get back to me after that. well i guess i shan't elaborate any further on this. coz sometimes whenever i get excited over something that is yet to be confirmed, the outcome is usually very sucky. but i hope this one isn't. *crosses fingers*

today, i woke earlier than usual. actually i have to wake up earlier than the usual's usual, because i had to accompany Dear to the Polyclinic. kesian si busok aku ni sorang. but he went there first since i had to wait til my mom is off to work then i can leave to meet him there. o forbidden love, when will it end? then we had brunch at Sunshine Place. sedap and kenyang! reason: FOC! :D ok ok. then he shopped for his pets' stuff at the hardware store like some bapak2 preparing for Hari Raya. soon after, we separate ways then home at last..

my hi-fi's CD player is busted, and my handphone earpiece is semi-busted. i've got no MP3 player, nor do i have a discman. ahh nasob!
