cool stuff, no? found that in someone's lj. anyway initially i was too lazy for updates and stuff, but since i found the above 'quiz' and put it up here, i might as well add in a couple of stuff.

so me and my dear mom headed to Expo last Friday, since she had a day off from work due to the public holiday. there was a Food Fair kinda thing going on at Expo, and usually my mom will go with her sister/s and my grandma, but it was different this time. we mainly bought cakes and chocolate-walnut muffins, breaded muffins, and some kerepek.. and not bad la the whole exhibition. just that it was so fucking crowded and i was secretly cursing those people with their ever enormous baby prams or whatever you call 'em. don't these people know that exhibitions like these involve a whole lot of people? the aisles provided for visitors to walk through were already narrow enough, and these people with their 'baby cars' are testing my and everyone else's patience. i know this because i heard some makcik hogging up behind me chattering something but she sure sounded annoyed.

anyway enough of that. we bought this new thing called the Garment Steamer. well it's like the alternative method to the common thing that you use to iron out your clothes, just that this one works with water and you have to wait for a couple of seconds for it to warm up, and when it's warmed enough, steam will excape through the nozzle so you just hang your clothes with its hanger and hang it on the hook thingy that's attached to the Garment Steamer itself. i'm sure y'all have seen it around. but i think it's kind of a waste that we bought it though.. coz like very mafan? i feel a bit guilty btw, since i was the one who showed her the thing. well i did not psycho her to buy it, i was just showing. so idk. ha.

and i never expect this of my mom, but she went there again yesterday, and this morning. O_O we have an avid Expo shopper, people! haha. so more food's piling up around the house now and i'm very happy. :D ooh and at Hall 5 (i think) they have books on sales at half prices! you don't know how much i wanted to get in there and buy some sooo bad. lately (since school life's ended. for now.) i've re-developed my love for reading. haha. that used to be my number one pastime when i was in primary school. then it kind of fade away. until it struck me again, coz i've been staying home a lot these days and reading some proper novels seems a good idea. lol. oooh geek much?

i can't wait to watch Vantage Point this Tuesday. i suppose it's a political-influenced kind of movie, but at least it's loud and action-packed. ^^v and mainly because Dear has been sharing with me his thoughts on some political stuff, and he's always telling me histories of some of the American presidents' assasinations and all, and as much as i'm not into politics, he really got me going about 'em sometimes. really. coz we'll end up debating about it. haha. so that's my bf for ya. know stuff that not many people care about. i always tell him he's very smart, though he never agree to it. but, i think he secretly admits it once in a while..
