was it me, or was it the bad feng shui? today was totally unfortunate. well not really. just one little accident that almost dampened our spirit for the whole day.

okay, so i had a date with Dear to catch National Treasure at Vivo City. we had our late lunch as usual before the movie started. and like always, i ordered our meal and everything was fine. well until i went back to our table to put the tray down, and that's when one of our drinks spilled, gushed right out from the cup and went dripping down the table. urgh. and this is not the first time that i'm behaving friggin' ridiculous at public restaurants. and being a thick skin creature that i am, i tend to laugh at my own accidents (if it's worth the laugh), as in taking it as a joke. unfortunately Dear always gets a bit serious about it. heh. but nothing too serious, he just got a bit annoyed that's all.

oh yeah, National Treasure was awesome! you guys really gotta go catch it.

oh yeah, last monday, for rahim's birthday, we did go for ice-skating. i thought the plan to ice-skate was cancelled, considering it was a bit costly. but yeah we all went ahead anyways. and it was sooo embarassing to be out there and realise for yourself that you're like a total retard balancing yourself on the skates on ice. hahahaha. and i had this major fall. Dear was guiding me to skate. we held hands while he instructed me on how to skate forward, etc. then he let go of my hand which i soon started to panic. i was so eager on grabbing the side wall or however you call it, that i must have bend my body too much that i eventually fell forward, face down. but i din't hit my face la, just that my knee had a strong, hard impact against the solid ice. and i wasn't wearing any gloves then, so as i used my palms to stop myself from falling any further, my palms kinda slide over the ice a bit and the pain was.. well i felt heat on my palms. yeah. and i must have looked hilariously horrible, the way i fell. hah.

most of us do not know how to skate either, except for Dear and rahim and dani. but still, the rest of the bunch like zul and yat, managed to skate so well as if they knew how to skate. but junie, hadi and me mostly stayed on the sidelines. nyeh.
