it seems like everyone's down with the annual cough & flu. everywhere i go there's bound to be at least one person sneezing or coughing. including me. urgh, itchy throat-coughing is so irritating.

ours fell last Thursday, but since school ended so late that day we celebrated on a weekend, like always. had lunch at Marina Sq's Seoul Garden (again!) & for the first time, Dear was the first to surrender coz he's too full. i still fail the 'cooking test' tho. hahaha. one mini explosion from the grill & i pretty much jumped out from my seat. lol. headed for Baybeats after that. & i guess for this year, i'm going down for Baybeats for only yesterday, out of the 3-4 days. anyway, we missed the Sally's. when we reached they were at the last few versus of Kopi Dangdut. -_-" i din;t know their time slots, but i thought their set would be much later in the evening. like after 7? well anyway, met Nisa, too! along with Illy, Shahidah & Liyana. imy! so then when the rest of Dear's friends came, we chilled at Memo for a bit before Dear & i proceded to the Stage. Deputy Siren was on, & yes, i gotta agree with what Ath said in her blog, about May's voice similar to that of Hayley's. met a couple of familiar faces too, but din't get the chance to acknowledge each one, because of the distance. & AVA was awesome! they got the bestest crowd for the night, i suppose. stayed the last band's set, & off we headed for home.

you know, my eye's stinging with pain everytime i put my contact lenses these days. it's so irritating i feel like grasping my eyeballs out & clean the sockets. umm why the sockets, you ask? coz i've made a reacord of storing the remains of eyeliner substances in my left eye, due to my laziness of washing my eyeliner off properly before i crash to bed, to sleep. it's already a habit for me all these while & only now i'm experiencing this. argh. it's been stuck in there for weeks, & Dear even attempted to wipe it off with the ends of a rolled-up tissue. eh major pain, ok! other than having to get your eyes open as wide as possible, i have to hold my position like that until the tissue comes flying into my eye. & it feels much much worse than when i put on my very first pair of contact lenses. oh & just for the record, Dear only managed to wipe about 2 strokes off. he had a hard time removing them as much as i have to endure the pain. coz even before the tissue reaches my eye, there i go screaming telling him to stop. hahaha. i need the doctor to give me some liquid medication. & i don't think Eye Mo's gonna work. sigh, Kasim Selamat must've felt worse.

right, i better get going. Mom just got home with some tarts. the perfect time for a tea-time!
