baybeats yesterday was ok i guess. well for me at least. i suppose i'd enjoy it more if Dear was there & i could get in the pit when Ingride performed. actually my sister & i did get in but we only stood at the back, since i promised Dear i wont move any further in the pit. so i stood all the way back snapping pictures of their performance. not much tho. i wanted to take a shot of the mosh but sadly, not much of that went on in the first 2 songs of their performance; i think. only when i got out of The Arena to answer Dear's call, i saw people body-surfing & stuff. & i totally missed it. but i dont care, cos A Vacant Affair's performing tonight & ive asked my sis to help take a couple of pictures of them, & other performances by various artistes as well. i hope the pics would turn out great. if not, then i can wait for SkaFest this sunday. im still able to get a couple of shots of the performances & all.

now if youre wondering why im so paranoid of taking shots & all, it's because i decided to choose this topic of 'public peroformances' for my PIE assignment/project. other topics that we can choose frm include advance learning, participation in competitons, stuff like that. thats why i jumped upon this chance, especially since Baybeats is here just in time, cos the assignment's due on 29th july. too bad i cant really get in the whole mood of musical activities, since i wont be going for Baybeats today & tmr. =[ sigh. i'll just have to look forward for SkaFest then.

anyway, other performances by The Great Spy Experiment & Tiramisu was awesome. Tiramisu was hilarious. haha. the whole band's wearing costumes, & i meant the kind of costumes kids would wear for a costume party. take note that the band members were made up of 5 GUYS/MALES & the vox wore this pink sleeveless sequinned top, green leotard-like pants with red heels! XD ooh yea & he had a blonde wig on! & not forgetting this big bushy pink feathery shawl thingy that he wrapped ard his neck. hahaha omg thats like so gay! cos when he started to talk/sing, his voice was obviously deep & manly & to see himd dressed like some women in Geylang can definitely, definitely make him a laughing stock. hahah. but their performance was superb. their songs were great, especially the last song abt testicles in your mouth. ROFL! i remembered taking a shot of him & his band but not that clear. if i have the time i'll post the pictures up.

in the midst of their peorformance, i wasnt doing well. i mean my mood for the event completely died, & i just wanna go home. but my sister & i ended up leaving at 11. meaning we missed on Love Me Butch! their slot was for 45mins, compared to everyone else's which was only 30mins. tho i couldnt stay to watch them play yesterday, i soo know some violent mosh went on. ha. cos LMB performed for Baybeats 2005 & i was there. i nearly lost my glasses too, in the pit. but i dint really care that i had to miss their peroformance. problem cropped up & i wasnt in the mood for anything at all, except to just go home & get on the phone with Dear (something happened in between, thats why).

& now i feel horrible. am i a life disaster or what. i hurt the only person who've been with me for almost a year now, who's been so concern abt me throught the entire time we know each other. what once seemed beautiful, is now covered with mud of guilt & mistakes that will leave stains & god-knows whether or not it can be removed. i always feel like whatever ugly things that happened between us would make me lose him, tho i know he wont ever leave me. but dammit. or am i just losing myself? FUCK.
